Next week the TCC is hosting its first Consultant Academy Program Symposium, a celebration of the collaboration across the cooperative and the launch of an effort to continue to grow and strengthen our biggest asset – our statewide consultant team. This fall, the theme is The Beat Goes On and not only will we discuss things like Online Registration and Budget Amendments, we’ll also announce the new product name! Reach out with any questions.
Did you know? The Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) is here for you. Your data is important. But you shouldn’t have to worry about it. When you don’t, that means your students and teachers and registrars and clerks are able to get the most out of what’s even more important: education. So focus on education. Let us worry about your data — and we do. We’ll keep it safe, 24/7. Want to know more? Get in touch.
It’s getting to be that time of year again — the air is a little crisper and the light looks a bit different. And that means… PEIMS! But not to worry. We’ve got you covered. Enjoy the cooler weather (crazy that 90 degrees is cooler weather — but it is!) and relax. Questions?
Come see us at TASA/TASB this weekend (September 28 – 30) at the Austin Convention Center. We’re in booth 809. Hope to see you there! But if we don’t, get in touch.
Now that you’ve got some time under your belt after the summer, we hope everything is moving along smoothly. We’re working hard here at the Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) to make sure you have the best products for your Business and Student software needs: iTCCS, TxEIS, txConnect (parent portal), txGradebook, and CareerPortal. We’ve got what you need covered. Don’t hesitate to contact us.
Just around the corner: Attendance track descriptions. You’ll be able to name your tracks. For example, call your main track, “Regular track.” Have one just for seniors? “Seniors’ track.” This description will show up in track drop-down fields, too. Want to know more? Contact us.
Welcome back! We know some of you started on Monday and some of you are starting next week. One way or another, we hope you have a fantastic 2018 – 19 school year. We’re here to help you reach your potential, as a state, city, district, student, teacher, registrar… Well, you get the picture. We’re always here for you, so feel free to get in touch.
We here at TxEIS are working hard together, across 19 Education Service Centers, to get you not only the best software we can, but the best training, too. Here we have a trio of TCC folks, Jen Stanford, Laura Ellison, and Stephanie Smelley, taking in the bats at Congress St. bridge in Austin where they were meeting to plan for the Attendance Posting training. TxEIS brings Texas closer together. Be a part of our family.
It’s time again to get your Finance EOY done. Some of you may have already finished up and to you we say, Nice work. For the rest of you, rest assured that iTCCS and TxEIS are here to make the process easy. So no need to put it off; put it behind you instead. We’re here for you.
Maybe you’ve heard of the term Move to Grade Reporting (MTGR). Maybe you call it something else. Basically it means moving all of your scheduling information (tracks, courses, schedules, calendars, newly enrolled students, students moving on to the next grade, all of that and more) to the current year so you’re ready to go for the first day of school. Whatever you call it, you’ll be out to a fast start with iTCCS and TxEIS MTGR. Questions?
